Communion to the Homebound

The Communion to the Homebound Ministry serves parishioners who are unable to attend Mass due to illness, age, or limited mobility. Through this ministry, trained volunteers bring the Eucharist to those at home, in hospitals, or in care facilities, offering prayer, companionship, and the comfort of Christ’s presence.

We invite parishioners to consider serving in this ministry as an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion, sharing their time and faith with those who are no longer able to come to church. We also welcome requests from individuals or families who would like the Eucharist brought to a loved one or to themselves during a time of illness or recovery.

This ministry is a beautiful way to stay connected as a parish family, ensuring that no one is separated from the grace of the Sacraments.
